Hi everyone! 

We want to give you a brief update on the fulfillment process of your tops.

As mentioned in the previous update, the tops were sent to our regional warehouses, where our team is ready to start individual fulfilment as soon as the stock arrives. Despite our best efforts to avoid any further delays, the current global supply situation and the mountain of backlogs stored on customs clearance have caused the tops to be temporarily withheld. Unfortunately, this situation is out of our control, and the only thing we can do right now is wait and keep focusing on resolving any new requirements that come from customs offices to rush this process.

We still can’t give you an exact delivery date, but we will do our best to keep you informed. We’ll post an update once the bulk shipment is finally released.

Thanks again for your amazing support and patience throughout this journey. We can’t wait to see you receiving and enjoying your tops!

Hi guys!

We have finished the revision of the new packaging and after verifying that it works perfectly we are planning to ship the pieces to our different warehouses. In this batch we will deliver all of the European orders, as well as the 44% of the remaining US orders. The rest of the PARADOX pieces will be shipped to our warehouse in Hong Kong, from where they will be delivered to the rest of the countries, we will keep all the extra stock there, so we can fulfill any new orders to come. We have decided to use Air Mail to fulfill a faster delivery, as this has worked great for us in previous shipping.

As you are aware, the current requirements and regulations on global trade make transportation logistics a difficult process, and we rather multiply our expenses to plan this operation just right so that we avoid increasing our already extended timeline. Our logistics partners estimate that the batches will arrive at the regional warehouses in about two weeks, then they will start preparing the shipment to fulfill every order individually. Once your order is processed, you will receive your tracking number. We will post an update as soon as the regional warehouses start the individual fulfillment.

We want to thank all of you for your patience and for all the encouraging messages that keep us going. We did not expect so many delays, but we are proud of finally being in the final stage of this project. For all of you that already received your tops, please let us know your comments and feedback, we love to hear from you!

Hi guys,

The quality team guys have finished the inspection of the packaging. After a few tests and some comments from you, who already receive your rewards, we decided to improve the packaging. We received messages about a few tops that arrived broken. So a new foam insert will be necessary to reduce that rate.

Adjustments will take around 3-4 weeks to improve all the packaging, so the final orders will be delayed. We know that this is a huge step back, but we prefer to delay the orders, it is more frustrating getting a broken piece.

As soon as those changes are ready, we’ll restock the regional warehouses and we will resume the shipping process. In addition to the changes made by our quality team, our fulfillment partners already have special instructions to pack your tops and podiums for final transportation. We know all of you are excited to receive PARADOX and our priority is to deliver a product in good condition and with high-quality standards.

Hi guys,

First of all, good news, we have finished full production! Right now, our quality team is double checking every order to ensure all is up to the best standards.

We have received a few comments about some damaged tops, but, even when we can’t control how the freight services handle our products, we can improve the packaging to minimize the risk of damage while the pieces are in transit. So our quality team is also testing the shipping packaging to ensure everything goes seamlessly in the shipping process.

Once everything is secure, we will keep fulfilling orders. For our European backers we have a little delay since custom clearance requests a strict protocol to let us distribute PARADOX in Europe. We are in the process but our timeline for those orders is about 3-4 weeks while we complete the process. For the rest, we will restock the regional warehouses as soon as quality inspection finishes.

Hi guys,

This week we’ll finish shipping around 56% of all US orders! Remember, we’ll share your tracking number via email, so keep a close watch! To all of those who’ve already received their PARADOX, we'd love to hear your thoughts on the tops and podiums.

We have some great news to all our backers whose orders include pieces that had to be reworked. Our team is finishing production, and between that and quality checks they estimated 3 weeks to have everything ready to be sent to the warehouses.
