Hi guys,
Last week we started shipping the first orders from our Hong Kong warehouse. The shipping survey, where you could pay taxes, duties, and insurance in advance, had some errors with the tax calculation for certain countries, so we prefered to reduce the survey to only pay insurance. If your order has been processed in this batch, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Easyship with your tracking number. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, don’t worry; since we are fulfilling according to stock availability, some orders might take longer to fulfill, but we are working to fulfill all orders as soon as possible.
We have great news for our US backers! The second batch of pieces is being shipped to our warehouse in the US. We are currently tuning the final logistic arrangements, and the plan is to start the fulfillment process in about two weeks. When the second batch arrives at our US warehouse, we will start fulfillment according to stock availability. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Finally, for our European backers, we have some news too. Our production team is already working on the third batch of pieces to ship to the European warehouse. Unfortunately, one of the main suppliers in China has gone blackout in communication. We were not expecting this setback, but the rest of our partners are already working to solve this issue. We already have around 80% of our production, but this will impact the third batch and our timeline. In a few days, we can have a more precise production time for the third batch. We will update you as soon as the information is confirmed.
As a friendly reminder, please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We won’t be able to make any changes once we process your order.
Finally, there are a few number of backers that haven’t answered their surveys yet. We would be grateful if you could help us with the missing Backerkit surveys.

Hello guys,
Today we sent to a small group of randomly selected backers, the shipping survey from Easyship. As most of you must recall, this survey will only be sent to those backers whose orders will be fulfilled from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
On Monday, we'll be sending the rest of the surveys. Remember you'll be able to pay taxes and duties in advance, as well as include insurance for your package. The survey will be available for two weeks and we'll be sending reminders to your email to make sure you don't miss it. After this time, shipping will proceed without duties and insurance.
If your shipping address has changed, please let us know before you answer the shipping survey since we won't be able to make any changes once you answer it. Notice that we'll be fulfilling orders according to stock availability, which means some orders might take a little longer to be fulfilled. Our production team is working on the second batch of pieces and soon we'll be sharing more information.

Hi guys,
This is a quick update to let all of you know that most of the addresses were successfully locked. Still, there are a few backers that haven’t answered their surveys yet. Remember it is really important for us to have all your information, without the survey we won’t be able to fulfill your order.
More details on the fulfillment
We are currently working with our logistics partners on the arrangements to deliver all the tops and podiums to our warehouses. We’ll be using three different warehouses for the fulfillment.
Some of you will receive a survey from our Hong Kong logistic partner Easyship. In the survey you’ll be able to pay in advance the taxes, duties and insurance of your order. This is completely optional, but we think it will help to make the whole process much smoother for you.
For all our European backers, remember we’ll be taking care of the VAT so you won’t have to pay anything extra when receiving your package. We’ll also have a warehouse in the USA, which will help us to make the fulfillment process for USA backers much easier.
We expect to start shipping the first batch in the following next two weeks, however this date might vary depending on the warehouse your order was assigned to.

Hey guys,
We are closer to start the fulfillment process, so we’ll be locking addresses in one week. This means that you’ll have until next Tuesday to make any changes to your shipping address and if you want to include any extra add on this is the time to do it.
Finally, as a friendly reminder there are a few number of backers that haven’t answered their surveys yet. We are close to fulfillment and we would be grateful if you could help us with the missing surveys.

Hi guys,
This is a quick update on what our team has been working on these past two weeks.
Preparing for fulfillment:
Our team is preparing and packaging all the tops that successfully passed the quality checks, these pieces will start their long journey to your doorstep soon. Remember, we estimate to start the fulfillment of these pieces in mid-April.We are as excited as you to receive your PARADOX!
On the re-working part everything has been running smoothly. Each Podium is inspected and selected to start working in the remake, once we have further information from the supplier we’ll share it with all of you!
Important note for fulfillment:
- If you need to change your shipping address please send us a DM and we’ll help you make the change. Remember once your order leaves our warehouse we won’t be able to make any changes in your address.
